CFO Technology Accordion’s CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.
Our CFO Technology experts work cross‑functionally — alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion — to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team’s business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.
This role can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location.

What You’ll Do: As the Senior Director, Salesforce Technical Architect Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the Salesforce consulting practice – ensuring successful delivery of solutions, maintaining high client satisfaction, and driving innovation. This hands‑on role includes both strategic leadership and project execution across all stages of implementation.
Responsibilities include:
Leading discovery and requirement‑gathering with clients to align Salesforce solutions with business needs
Designing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce environments using best practices
Managing product vision, backlog, and sprint planning in Agile environments
Overseeing full‑cycle Salesforce implementations and deployments
Acting as a Product Owner across projects, prioritizing work based on business value
Supporting pre‑sales activities including solutioning, scoping, and estimating
Mentoring junior team members and fostering internal talent
Collaborating cross‑functionally with internal teams, clients, and technical stakeholders
Travel to client site as needed
You Have:
7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise delivery projects
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, Application/System Architect or CTA credentials)
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integration using declarative tools
Agile project management experience, including backlog grooming and user story creation
Experience with CX / UX design and database design
You Are:
A proactive self‑managing, self‑starter with a consultative mindset
A systems thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to execute
A team leader who can effectively mentor others while delivering results
A strong communicator who can clearly convey technical concepts to business stakeholders
Well versed in Dev Ops, CI / CD and meta data migrations on the Salesforce platform
Familiarity with integrating with ERP, billing systems, marketing platforms, fulfillment systems, provisioning systems
Customer‑focused, collaborative, and flexible in fast‑paced environments
Comfortable working across project roles including Business Analyst, QA, and Solution Architect when needed
The annual salary for this role ranges from: $228,000 to $270,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
