Douglas Manor is a 90-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in Windham, Connecticut specializing in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to come join our team! Sign On Bonus: $5,000.00 (FT) $2,500.00 (PT ) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) Responsibilities Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care. Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician Must have a valid CT LPN or RN License Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
