Job Description

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office by handling supplies, equipment, and facilities management.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.

Maintain professional and efficient communication with clients, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly.

Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for team members and clients.

Support the planning and execution of events and meetings, ensuring all details are managed effectively.

Manage and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
