Production Supervisor- 1st Shift

Our client in Fairfield, NJ is looking for a Production Supervisor- 1st shift for a Full time position. Pay is $60-80K DOE Responsibilities:

• Provides supervision, coordination, and follow-up to all work delegated to general production worker personnel.
• Consistently achieves and improves production and quality standards.
• Coordinate with other support departments such as technicians and engineering.
• Provides training and maintains proper process, machine, and lot-trace ability documentation according to ISO procedures.
• Works with Production Planner to coordinate and prioritize schedule to meet on time delivery.
• Regularly walk the production floor throughout the day to monitor productivity/performance of general production workers.

Requirements:

• Three-year related manufacturing experience minimum medical GMP / ISO environment preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and mechanical aptitude skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any ERP system.
