Administrative Support For Recruiting Team
This role involves providing essential administrative support to the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The successful candidate will work closely with client groups and coordinate various aspects of the recruitment process.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Facilitate the selection and hiring process by collaborating with client groups.
- Coordinate candidates interview and travel schedules to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain and update files and databases to keep track of candidate information.
- Review resumes, verify employment history, and check references for potential hires.
- Generate and send offer letters to selected candidates, and coordinate with outside employment agencies as needed.
Skills Required
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role; internships count towards experience.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and interact with various client groups.
- Proficiency in using databases and maintaining accurate records.
