Programmer/Developer (Hybrid)

Education and Experience
10 or more years of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills:
Salesforce (minimum 5 years) – must be able to code APEX OOP and know design patterns.
.NET OOP and SOA.
JavaScript frameworks preferred.
SQL.
End‑to‑end web development.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be very organized, proactive and self‑directed.
Must be a self‑starter and driven; must drive work from requirements to implementation.
Must have very strong abstract thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Must have very good verbal and written communication skills.
Design and development of Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visual Force pages.
Full stack: Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, design patterns, configuration, SOQL.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, design patterns).
Provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications.
Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a developer participating in various SDLC processes including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities per the direction of agency management.
Focus on supporting existing custom Salesforce applications and participating in the SDLC process of the new CT‑KIND system, working with the system integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance for a given module.
