A leading commercial concrete contractor is seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee
structural concrete construction projects
throughout the
Washington, DC metro area . This role is ideal for a project manager with hands‑on experience delivering
cast‑in‑place concrete scopes
on large, complex commercial projects. Role Overview
Project management responsibility for
structural concrete scopes
from preconstruction through closeout Oversight of project budgets, schedules, and production planning Coordination with superintendents, field teams, and concrete crews Management of submittals, RFIs, change orders, and cost forecasting Collaboration with general contractors, owners, and design teams Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance on all projects Project Types
Higher education campuses Municipal and public‑sector facilities Manufacturing and industrial facilities What We’re Looking For
4+ years
of experience managing
commercial structural concrete projects Proven success on projects with
budgets of $10M+ Experience with
cast‑in‑place concrete , foundations, slabs, and elevated decks Strong understanding of production planning and concrete sequencing Ability to work in
logistically complex, schedule‑driven environments Experience in the
DC metro / Mid‑Atlantic market
