Responsibilities Develop and lead the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives for assigned services.
Work collaboratively with insurance partners and clinic/hospital partners in developing Population Health programs.
Develop service area goals and standards consistent with medical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system.
Plan, organize and direct activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives.
Prepare service area budget and ensure that department operates within allocated funds. Coordinate and direct internal and external driven audits.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
