The Senior Lease Analyst leads and performs lease‑administration functions to ensure compliance of lease terms, manage the lease database, and track financial and other obligations for all lease documents.

Essential Functions:

Manage and analyze commercial lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial optimization. Track critical dates, verify financial obligations, and prepare quarterly and year‑end CAM reconciliations.

Set up and update recovery‑expense pools, lease types, and other Yardi configurations.

Act as the primary point of contact between ECP and Yardi administrators/programmers for Yardi issues; lead testing, implementation, and configuration of the new Smart Lease Yardi module.

Manage monthly audit‑report processes according to the annual schedule, accountable for action plans addressing discrepancies and audit findings.

Review and update rent rolls for assigned properties as needed.

Update tenant leases with changes received from property managers or brokers.

Follow up with brokers/property managers on lease‑documentation errors.

Work with the AR team on tenant ledger inquiries or errors.

Process tenant move‑outs and security‑deposit refunds in Yardi.

Reconcile square‑footage of properties and units between Yardi and marketing brochures, including building re‑measurements.

Collect financial and credit reports for new leases/tenants and file documents on the shared drive; maintain hard and soft file archives.

Conduct end‑to‑end CAM reconciliation for allocated properties, send reconciliation letters via email, and post charges/credits to tenant ledgers.

Verify current insurance, input COI in Yardi for new leases, file COI in the shared drive, and notify tenants if certificates are not current.

Update the CPI table for rent increases.

Maintain exclusives and restrictions documents for each property based on lease language.

Lead the response process for tenant inquiries regarding CAM reconciliations.

Support the Lease Admin Manager in answering owner questions and providing lease information upon request.

Perform duties with minimal supervision and independence.

Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Mandatory:

At least 10 years of relevant experience in the commercial real‑estate lease‑administration, accounting, or property‑management industry.

At least 5 years of leading/managing annual CAM reconciliation processes for landlords (not tenants), including interpreting lease agreements.

Preferred:

At least 3 years of experience with shopping‑mall lease agreements.

At least 3 years of experience with percentage‑rent lease agreements.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience using Yardi software for commercial real estate.
