Granite Hills Behavioral Health ft Psychiatrist – Adult Population
Position Description:
Oversees the quality of care delivered to patients. Assesses clinical appropriateness for admission and collaborates with Assessment and Referral regarding potential admissions. Performs psychiatric assessments, completes documentation for civil commitment, provides individual and family therapy or medication management. Maintains patient confidentiality, complies with HIPAA, completes all documentation as per Medical Staff bylaws and regulations, participates in multidisciplinary treatment team, administers medication, participates in PI activities and hospital committees, ensures reimbursement, complies with facility policies, maintains professional behaviors.

Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited medical school; completed residency in psychiatry, board certification preferred.
Licensure:
Licensed as a medical Doctor (M.D.) in the state of Wisconsin
