Position Information LPG Hospitalist Medicine is seeking
board eligible/board certified
Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians to join their team. The position is for daytime hospitalists and nocturnists at our acute care hospitals (Lee Memorial, HealthPark Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center and Cape Coral Hospital). The schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off with 12‑hour shifts and there is also the possibility to work with the Lee Health Residency Program if interested. Advanced provider support is in place to help cover admissions.
Responsibilities Daytime hospitalists typically care for 15‑18 patients per shift with a goal of 16. Quarterly quality incentives and extra shifts are available for additional compensation.
