Job Description Join Collegial Practice an hour from Madison, WI SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group, is seeking a full-time BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to join us as the primary physician leading the department in Monroe, Wisconsin. You will work with the support of our SSM Health Cancer Care Radiation Oncology program, consisting of 5 experienced board-certified physicians and staff in 3 other locations in south central Wisconsin. The ideal candidate must possess a strong sense of teamwork and excellent communication skills, and have experience with IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, 3D conformal and 2D.

Highlights:

Growing department that is part of a new service line that opened in 2020

Expect to see 2-3 consults per week: 2-3 follow-up visits per week and 9-15 on treatment patients per day

The Radiation Oncology department consists of three radiation therapists, a nursing team, and has comprehensive support from the SSM Health Cancer Care Radiation Oncology program team of physicists, dosimetrists, Therapists and RN

In-house referrals from Oncology, OBGYN, Urology, Dermatology, and ENT already in place to support this practice

Equipment: Varian True Beam, GE Discovery CT Simulator, Eclipse Treatment planning system and ARIA/Epic Electronic Health Record

Physician peer case review on weekly basis with Madison/Janesville/Baraboo peers

Requirements:

BC/BE in Radiation Oncology

Wisconsin active and unrestricted license

Wisconsin active and unrestricted DEA
