Opportunity

We seek a General Manager to oversee operations in Norcross, Marietta, and Savannah, GA. Candidate must live in the Atlanta, GA area and work out of the Norcross branch approximately 75% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales growth, both existing relationships and new acquisition through coaching, strategy, and direction to sales managers.

Take ownership of strategic growth of 8–10 key customer accounts.

Support Branch Managers to process orders and manage shipping/receiving accurately and on‑time.

Maintain full P&L responsibility and growth of the region.

Ensure effective communication for customer service and shipping/receiving duties.

Oversee logistics operations compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory rules.

Advise managers in recruitment, team development, and training.

Implement process improvements across departments.

Track daily KPI’s for sales and operations performance.

Cultivate a positive working culture by leading from the front.

What We Are Looking For

Experience managing sales and operations in a distribution model, preferably building materials.

Commercial or sales‑driven mindset with leadership in sales.

Deep understanding of branch office operations with P&L responsibility.

Empathetic leader with high emotional intelligence and talent development skills.

Excellent communication skills at all levels and with suppliers and customers.

KPI‑oriented, organized, with superior communication aptitude.
