Job Overview
Well established and growing multi‑specialty private (physician‑owned) practice in Northern New Jersey is seeking a full‑time Orthopaedic Surgeon with fellowship training in either Hand & Upper Extremity or Foot & Ankle to join our team.
Responsibilities
Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Completed an Orthopaedic Hand Surgery or Foot & Ankle Fellowship.
Comfortable treating general orthopedic injuries and conditions in an outpatient office setting.
Perform surgeries predominantly at our partner‑owned Ambulatory Surgical Center and supported local hospitals.
Orthopedic ER call is optional; general practice call is shared/rotated among physicians.
Assist in growing the orthopaedic practice by meeting local primary care doctors and referral sources.
Qualifications
Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity or Foot & Ankle.
Experience with general orthopedic injuries and outpatient procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively with a senior orthopaedic surgeon and a multidisciplinary team.

Practice Information Garden State Pain and Orthopaedics, located in Northern New Jersey, is a 20‑minute local drive to Manhattan. We have been serving our community for almost 50 years, with 5 locations throughout NJ and plans for expansion. Offices are equipped with X‑ray, ultrasound, and DME, and our team includes 6 Pain Management Physicians, 2 PAs, and 1 NP.
