Locations: Austin, Houston, or Dallas, Texas.
Base Pay Range $250,000.00/yr – $350,000.00/yr
About the Opportunity Join a leading, accredited private therapy organization in Texas as we expand our outpatient psychiatry services. With over 200 clinicians across major metropolitan areas—including Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas/Fort Worth—our team provides evidence-based, compassionate mental health care to adults and adolescents.
We are recruiting licensed Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to practice in our Austin, Houston, or Dallas offices.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and manage medication for adults and adolescents.
Provide all patient care in person at one of our main offices (Austin, Houston, or Dallas).
Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation.
Collaborate with therapists and clinical leadership on evidence‑based standards.
Supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners or clinical trainees as needed.
Requirements
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Psychiatry.
Current, unencumbered Texas MD or DO license and active, unencumbered DEA registration.
Experience treating adults and/or adolescents.
Experience with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to ethical practice and evidence‑based medicine.
