What You’ll Do

Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define, refine, and execute the vision and roadmap for Microsoft CSP product and service offerings. Align product strategy with Microsoft’s evolving commercial model, Softchoice’s go‑to‑market plans, and customer needs.

Drive Technical Enablement & Solution Design: Architect and maintain robust technical frameworks, processes, and collateral to support CSP solutions. Oversee the creation and ongoing improvement of technical enablement programs for sales, presales, and delivery teams.

Manage Performance & Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor KPIs for CSP offerings, analyze performance data, identify gaps, develop corrective actions, and implement operational improvements.

Champion Customer & Market Insights: Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, sales teams, and partners to inform product development and go‑to‑market strategies.

Lead Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and Microsoft to drive integrated campaigns, product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee Service Development & Delivery: Lead the introduction of new CSP services and the continual improvement of existing offerings.

Drive Risk Management & Transformation Initiatives: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to CSP transformation and operational execution.

Enable Sales & Marketing Success: Collaborate with CSP Program Manager and product marketing and enablement teams to develop compelling messaging and campaigns.

Foster Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, analyzing results, and implementing enhancements.

Deliver Executive‑Level Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present clear, compelling communications to stakeholders at all levels.

Mentor & Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to technical professionals and cross‑functional teams.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced certifications (PMI, Pragmatic Marketing, Microsoft) preferred.

10+ years’ experience in product, program, or portfolio management with direct experience in cloud solutions and Microsoft CSP.

Proven track record in developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies, technical enablement, and service delivery for complex technology solutions.

Strong technical acumen in cloud platforms, managed services, and workplace technologies (Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure, etc.).

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.

Outstanding executive communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay Range Seattle: $128,480 – $160,600 Chicago: $116,800 – $146,000

Note: The pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will consider prior experience and geographical location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional compensation elements (cell allowances, annual bonus, etc.) and a comprehensive benefits plan.
