The Senior Procurement Operations Manager will lead the development and execution of procurement systems and processes, driving operational excellence across Notion.
Responsibilities
Own procurement technology and collaborate on source-to-pay (S2P) systems, partnering with system administrators and cross-functional teams.
Design and implement scalable systems and workflows that grow with the company while maintaining operational excellence.
Identify cost‑optimization opportunities without compromising quality or reliability.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT and department leaders to align S2P systems with business needs.
Leverage procurement software and data analytics to improve decision‑making and transparency; develop dashboards and reporting for spend, compliance, cycle time and supplier metrics.
Reduce cycle times and lead effective rollouts of new policies and tools; own change management, training, documentation and communication strategies.
Support forecasting, accruals and enhanced spend visibility.
Provide guidance, roadmap and solutions for S2P operations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
10+ years in procurement operations, including 5+ years leading teams in a high‑growth environment.
Hands‑on experience supporting and optimizing procurement and end‑to‑end S2P platforms, with deep knowledge of system functionality, configuration, operations and compliance.
Strategic thinker who can translate strategy into actionable plans.
Proven ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders while managing external vendor and technology partnerships.
Process‑oriented mindset and data‑driven approach to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, clear and persuasive at all organizational levels.
Nice to Have
Experience in fast‑growing or tech‑forward companies.
Familiarity with procurement software and automation tools like Zip.
Experience with Accounts Payable and Travel.

Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity and benefits. Compensations are based on factors such as location, role scope and complexity, and candidate experience. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000–$190,000 per year.
