Responsibilities
Lead and manage Oracle HCM implementations in the Learning, Recruiting, or Talent modules.
Collaborate with client leadership and teams to design, plan, and execute project work streams.
Deliver analytics, reporting, and client presentations that translate technical findings into actionable insights.
Mentor junior Huron staff and promote best practices in solution design.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
2‑4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Learning, Recruiting, or Talent).
Functional application specialist background with strong analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to own project workstreams with self‑discipline and minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Attention to detail and a quality‑focused mindset.
Travel up to 50% as needed.
Location within the contiguous 48 states and near a major airport.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $105,000 – $130,000. Total estimated compensation (including incentive): $117,600 – $153,400.
