Practice Overview
You’ll join a team of 17 primary care providers including MDs, DOs, PAs, and ARNPs.
100% outpatient practice shared between Iowa Falls and Ackley Medical Center.
Support includes your own MA and nurse, plus a float MA for the team.
1:12 call rotation by phone until 10:00pm; 1:5 Saturday clinic from 8am to 12pm.
Schedule
Work four days per week from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Enjoy no after-hours administrative work with real-time charting.
Flexibility with scheduling and call coverage.
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed salary of $301,290 for two years, transitioning to wRVU model in year three.
Generous signing bonus up to $300,000 and $10,000 relocation allowance.
Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health, vision, dental, and 401k.
25 days PTO and $4,000 CME allowance annually.
Candidate Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Comfortable managing a broad rural patient demographic.
