This is a non-benefited 10-hr per diem position at Scripps Clinic in Rancho Bernardo. Hours are M-F 6:30am-5pm with 10 hour shifts.

The Surgical Tech Will
Ensure operating rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
Monitor sterile field throughout the procedure.
Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.
Perform surgery cases; ENT, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Pain, GI and Podiatry.
Required
One year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
Detail oriented and able to work well in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
Preferred
CST
2+ years’ experience.
