Train new and existing lab users on established SOPs and technical standards.

Manage a centralized tracking system (inventory, asset tagging) for all lab equipment, tools, and materials; coordinate calibration schedules for precision instruments; execute or coordinate preventative maintenance and necessary repairs.

Ensure the lab environment is clean, organized, and compliant with all relevant EHS regulations; manage hazardous waste streams and oversee organization and stocking of components.

Associate’s degree or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or related field.

5+ years of hands‑on experience in electronics assembly, prototyping, or a similar lab environment.

Proven expertise in high‑reliability soldering (SMT and through‑hole); IPC‑J‑STD‑001 certification highly desirable.

Experience with cable and harness fabrication, including various crimping and termination techniques.

Strong familiarity with common electronic test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators).

Experience developing, documenting, and implementing processes or SOPs in a technical or manufacturing environment.

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
