Job Requirements and Duties You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills
Understand and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions and Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Coordinate motor skills to rapidly and accurately move small items.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
Work Conditions Exposure to:
Varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F and above.
Sudden temperature changes in work area and while outside.
Food odors and cornmeal dust.
Cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.
Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher.
Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing:
Telephone communication; near and mid‑range vision for most tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision while driving.
Temperaments:
Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Qualifications Physical Requirements:
Stand for most tasks, walking on tile or linoleum surfaces.
Walk short distances for short durations.
Travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations.
Sit at a desk for paperwork.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds and stacking cases up to 72”.
Carry: large cans, pizza sauce, pizza dough trays, and deliver pizzas while walking and climbing stairs.
Pushing: trays on dollies require up to 7.5 pounds of force.
Climbing: navigate stairs or ladders to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending: forward bending at the assembly station for 30‑45 seconds repeatedly; also at the front counter and stocking.
Crouching/Squatting: occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
Reaching: up, down, and forward continually; can reach above 72” to turn on oven controls, change signs, and lift objects; down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; forward to obtain ingredients.
Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift; valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to insured vehicle.
