About the Role
Flyin Brian Pizza, Inc., doing business as Domino’s, is a locally owned franchise operating in the greater Columbus, OH area. We’re one of the top 2% of all Domino’s franchises and have a strong track record of promoting employees from driver to franchise owner. We’re looking for future area managers who want to grow to become the boss.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the store
Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits
Ensure safety, training, and the culture of the team
Lead by example and enforce all policy and procedures 100%
Work 5+ days per week, most weekends
Qualifications
Ability to smile and have fun
Clean background check
Over 18 with 1‑year safe driving history
Reliable car or truck with valid vehicle insurance
Eligible to work in the USA and currently residing near the store location
Compensation & Benefits Full‑time, salaried position with a competitive range of $52,000 – $75,000 annually. The role offers a flexible, fun work environment and a promote‑within mentality.
Advancement Opportunities Many team members began as delivery drivers and have progressed to general managers, franchise owners, or corporate roles.
