Job Details What You’ll Do
Architect and build scalable, secure backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
Lead technical initiatives across teams, ensuring best practices and high standards.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features.
Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, pairing, and career development.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team culture.
Help shape the roadmap and technical strategy for our core platform.
What We’re Looking For
Expert‑level Ruby and Rails experience (4+ years preferred).
Experience working on full‑stack web applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to inspire and align teams.
Experience in fintech, payments, or high‑growth startups is a plus.
Passion for clean code, thoughtful design, and building products that matter.
