Our 3‑month AI Trainee Program is designed to master advanced AI techniques while honing your software engineering skills through hands‑on projects and mentorship. We value candidates who quickly adopt new AI technologies and use AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.
Program Details
Work on product initiatives using the latest advancements: Custom GPT‑based agents that support use cases such as sales intelligence, document processing, and customer insight generation.
Prompt engineering and chaining to optimize LLM behavior and outputs.
API design, CI/CD deployment, and scalable infrastructure.
Use AI coding tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development.
LLM orchestration and agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
Guidance on applying these technologies to real customer use cases including AI‑powered CRM tools, medical device risk automation, and influencer marketing platforms.
Qualifications
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
Rapidly learn new AI technologies and have excitement to experiment.
Actively use AI coding assistants such as Cursor or similar tools to speed up coding.
Hands‑on experience or strong interest in ChatGPT, LLM APIs, and prompt design.
Familiarity with Python, FastAPI, and modern backend development.
Key learning opportunities:
Architect multi‑agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
Design and test advanced LLM prompts for classification, summarization, reasoning, and task chaining.
Develop and deploy FastAPI applications that interface with LLMs.
Build RAG pipelines that integrate LLMs with vector stores for contextual search.
Create modular, scalable services that solve real business problems using AI.
After the program, trainees who excel may be invited to a paid internship or long‑term opportunity with FocusKPI.
