About the Role As the AI Creative Solution Director you are accountable for direction, motivation, and financial impact of a newly formed team that focuses on content and innovation (AI development). You oversee the delivery of pitches and execution of ideas within or across platforms by providing expert knowledge of the AI production process, techniques, and technology necessary to execute the content work.

You are responsible for attracting, developing and deploying internal production talent to ensure the best content and production value possible for the idea and the client. You are accountable for the overall quality of work, ensuring goals are met and projects are delivered on time and on budget and delivering within the margin targets.

The AI Creative Solution Director has 10‑15+ years of experience in an agency capacity.

Responsibilities

Drive sales and creative development processes with an AI‑enabled/forward production‑led mentality, ensuring competitive pitches and integrating AI content capabilities.

Champion innovation, providing detailed production approaches that align with the overall vision and drive production innovation.

Ensure AI processes are deployed, delivered on schedule, in collaboration with EPs and SME teams.

Contribute to the Innovation Center of Excellence (COE), building processes while collaborating with operations and SME enablement.

Build, implement, and enhance Studio AI production processes.

Track AI production benchmarks and support cost‑saving initiatives.

Deliver best‑in‑class AI service enablement to clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with regional business leads to deliver an end‑to‑end AI experience and safeguard production funnels.

Identify growth opportunities with growth, account, and social teams.

Mitigate legal risks, implement contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution.

Manage yearly AI communications plans across studio channels.

Develop and manage regional squads to deliver AI products and hold them accountable.

Oversee project and pipeline management, deploy new processes, support sales and lead production strategies, and define best practices.

About You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years’ experience in print/photo, motion and digital and post‑production content, with progressively expanding roles in an advertising agency or high‑tech environment.

Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to learn AI‑approved tool stacks and develop new craft processes.

Knowledge & Skills

Mastery in at least two relevant disciplines: Motion, Interactive, emerging media, art buying/print production; programming or related technology disciplines.

Fluency in complex contracting including talent, licensing and third‑party works for hire.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

Willingness to learn AI‑approved tool stacks and develop new craft processes.

Compensation Salary Range: $160,000—$200,000 USD

This role is subject to our Return‑to‑Office policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
