We are seeking a highly skilled

Full-Stack Developer

experienced in

Laravel

and

Vue.js

who can architect, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

Laravel framework upgrades ,

PHP Symfony , and exposure to

Drupal , with a backend built on

Microsoft SQL Server

and an infrastructure running on

AWS Kubernetes (EKS) . This role involves working across multiple environments using

DDEV

for local development and containerized deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

Laravel (PHP)

and

js .

Manage and perform

Laravel framework upgrades

ensuring backward compatibility and dependency resolution.

Leverage

Symfony components

within Laravel or standalone PHP applications to build scalable backend logic.

Develop and maintain

custom Drupal modules, themes, and migrations

where needed for related projects.

Write, optimize, and debug

SQL Server

queries, stored procedures, and indexes.

Use

DDEV

for local development and environment parity between local, staging, and production.

Work with

Kubernetes (EKS)

for container orchestration, deployments, and scaling.

Ensure best practices for

security, performance, testing , and

code quality

across multiple platforms.

Support API development, integration, and version management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 years

of professional experience in

Laravel

(PHP 8).

Proven experience in

Laravel framework upgrades

and package dependency management.

Strong understanding of

Symfony framework

concepts and reusable components.

Experience with

js 2 or 3 ,

Vuetify , or similar UI frameworks.

Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with

Microsoft SQL Server

(T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning).

Familiarity with

DDEV ,

Docker , and containerized local development.

Working knowledge of

Kubernetes

concepts: deployments, pods, services, config maps, secrets.

Experience with

AWS EKS

or similar managed Kubernetes environments.

Version control proficiency with

Git

(Bitbucket/GitHub).

Solid understanding of

RESTful APIs ,

authentication

(OAuth, JWT), and

queues

(Redis, Horizon).

Bonus / Nice to Have

Experience with

Drupal 9/10

site building, custom modules, and migrations.

Familiarity with

Helm charts ,

AWS ECR , or

RDS .

Exposure to

Laravel Octane ,

Telescope ,

Horizon , or

Sail .

Experience with

js ,

TailwindCSS , or

Pinia/Vuex

for modern front-end workflows.

Understanding of

CI/CD pipelines

using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

Knowledge of

microservices

and event-driven architecture.
