All Source Intelligence Analyst SME

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident status. Candidates must provide documentation verifying citizenship or permanent residency. The role supports the USSOCOM program for Cherokee Insights.

All Source Intelligence Analyst SME Responsibilities

Research, identify, and fuse available intelligence from all disciplines – HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber, and military reconnaissance.

Produce intelligence products to drive the intelligence cycle and collaborate with counterparts in the Intel Community to inform operations and advise decision‑makers.

Serve as the lead analyst and technical expert with primary analytic responsibility over assigned portfolio; may mentor or guide junior analysts.

Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise in analytic techniques and current tools.

Produce high‑quality comprehensive technical/non‑technical intelligence products (assessments, papers, presentations) and prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

All Source Intelligence Analyst SME Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities

Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Minimum ten (10) years of all‑source intelligence analyst experience.

Minimum five (5) years of experience working with national‑level intelligence agencies such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.

Minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.

Proficiency in analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.

Minimum five (5) years of current experience with analytic tools developed within the last five (5) years.

At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages).

At least four (4) years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O‑6) / GS‑15 level or higher.

Knowledge of and recent experience with all‑source intelligence tools including:

Message traffic databases (e.g., M3/S3, TAC, NGT/Trident, RMT).

Fused intelligence analysis and visualization tools (e.g., FADE MIST, Proton, IC Palantir, Analyst Notebook).

Geospatial analysis tools (e.g., Google Earth, ArcGIS).

SIGINT analysis tools (e.g., DataXplorer, ICREACH, Voltron).

Standard commercial software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox).

Recent specialized tools desired: CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite of Tools, QLIX, DATAMINR.

Must pass pre‑employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
