Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced AVP Revenue Cycle Process Excellence to join our team. This position will be a strategic leader responsible for driving innovation, efficiency, and scalability across all revenue cycle functions. This role is critical to delivering value through data-driven process optimization, automation, and strategic roadmap development. The AVP will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance and outcomes.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration required (master’s degree preferred)
HFMA CRCR certification or obtain within the 1 st year of employment
10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on process improvement and strategy
Strong understanding of RCM operations, payers, billing, collections, financial reporting, contracting and compliance
Demonstrated success in leading RCM transformations or optimizations programs at scale for multi-billion-dollar healthcare systems
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Experience with large-scale systems (e.g., HCHB, Epic, Meditech) and data analytics platforms
