Bank of America invites you to join as a Financial Solutions Advisor (Stage I) in the San Francisco Market. Responsibilities
Obtain Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams within the specified timeframes (SIE within 30 days of hire; Series 7 & 66 within 120 days).
Receive dedicated training and coaching to build foundational advisor skills, including client relationship acquisition, management, and comprehensive advice on financial solutions.
Work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions while humanizing financial interactions.
Progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, deepening client relationships and expanding portfolio of clients.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners and provide end-to-end comprehensive advice through Bank of America and Merrill offerings.
Comply with SAFE Act registration and background check requirements, maintaining good standing to remain in the role.
Required Qualifications
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing client needs, and recommending solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for building peer relationships.
Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to new technology and applications.
Desired Qualifications
Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
