The ideal candidate can move fluidly between building robust financial models, diagnosing operational issues, and shaping high‑level strategic priorities. What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary Business Operations partner to the

within Marketing that enable the team to operate effectively at the next stage of scale. Build operational rigor, streamline reporting, and help drive cross‑functional clarity across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership. What You Bring

8–10+ years of progressive experience

in high‑growth environments. You likely come from a Growth, Strategic Finance, BizOps, or similarly analytical role at a fast‑scaling startup, with earlier experience in investment banking, management consulting, or investing. Experience partnering closely with

Fluency in SQL, database concepts, and modern BI tools

You thrive in fast‑paced, evolving environments and can create structure, prioritize effectively, and pivot seamlessly as circumstances shift. Excellent communication and partnership skills.

You navigate stakeholders across the organization—from sales reps to engineers—with credibility and empathy. You strike the right balance between collaborative partnership and constructive challenge. Clear, compelling written and verbal communication is essential. A low ego, high‑impact team orientation.

You bring positive energy, humility, and a learn‑it‑all attitude. You’re the kind of person teammates genuinely enjoy working with—because life is too short not to.
