What is the Head of Events

The Head of Events is responsible for defining and delivering Elementum’s global events strategy, spanning both first‑party and third‑party events. This role owns event concept, design, execution, and impact across a wide range of formats—from intimate executive dinners to large‑scale internal and customer‑facing conferences.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role. You will personally lead the planning and execution of critical events while building the operating model, standards, and partnerships needed to scale. Given Elementum’s enterprise customer base, this role sets an exceptionally high bar for quality, detail, and experience.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partners, and the executive team to create events that drive deep engagement with senior decision‑makers and reinforce Elementum’s position as a trusted, AI‑first partner to the world’s largest companies.

What You’ll Do

Own Elementum’s end‑to‑end events strategy, covering first‑party and third‑party programs.

Design and deliver first‑party executive events that attract CIOs, CxOs, and senior leaders for high‑quality conversations about AI‑driven workflows.

Lead third‑party event participation with cloud data partners and GSI partners, ensuring strong co‑branding, coordination, and ROI.

Plan and execute a range of event formats, including regional executive dinners, partner events, SKOs, and customer conferences.

Select venues, experiences, and production partners that meet an impeccable enterprise‑grade quality bar.

Partner with Sales to align events to strategic accounts, pipeline goals, and executive engagement.

Manage event budgets, vendors, timelines, and on‑site execution with precision.

Establish clear success metrics and continuously improve event impact.

Who You Are

A senior events leader with experience delivering high‑end enterprise events.

Comfortable owning both strategy and hands‑on execution.

Extraordinarily detail‑oriented given our focus on engaging C‑level audiences.

Strong partner collaborator, able to work seamlessly with cloud providers, GSIs, and internal teams.

Calm under pressure, with a high bar for quality and professionalism.

Requirements

8+ years of experience leading B2B events in enterprise technology.

Proven track record delivering both first‑party and third‑party events at a high level of polish.

Experience producing executive‑level experiences that attract CIOs and CxOs.

Strong vendor, venue, and agency management experience.

Ability to manage multiple event formats and timelines simultaneously.

Experience working closely with Sales and executive stakeholders.

Willingness to personally lead critical events and be on‑site as needed.
