Senior Account Manager – 12 Month Contract

Pay Rate:
$60-70/hr (rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Base Pay Range $60.00/hr - $70.00/hr
Job Description Required Skills & Experience
5+ years in paid social (agency or platform experience preferred).
3+ years full-funnel experience (upper, mid, lower funnel).
Campaign Performance Analysis
Analyze raw data from Ads Manager and Excel.
Create pivot tables, identify top-performing KPIs, and recommend optimizations.
Work with Marketing Science (measurement), Creative Strategy, and PMM teams.
Paid social experience at major agencies.
What you’ll do:
Dive deep into campaign performance data; guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identify performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell and pitch opportunities.
Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner with Sales (Account Management / Client Partners), and cross-functional partners (e.g., Creative Strategists, Marketing Science) throughout the RFP and pitch process to develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns on client, bringing measurable ROI for our clients.
Collaborate on the creation of collateral for product update discussions, education for advertisers and agencies on Snap’s new and existing products, and consultation on best practices to drive optimal performance and innovative campaigns.
Develop best-in-class case studies that deliver a constantly evolving test-and-learn agenda across the category.
