We are looking for a Senior Hardware Analysis Engineer specializing in aerodynamics and acoustics to design, simulate, and optimize airflow and acoustic performance across our humanoid’s cooling systems.

Responsibilities:

Lead CFD simulations for all active cooling systems.

Design and optimize fans, heat sinks and flow paths for maximum efficiency and acoustic quality.

Perform aeroacoustic modeling and NVH analysis to minimize noise and vibration.

Build and validate CFD models for steady-state and transient flow simulations, and correlate these models through wind tunnel, bench, and acoustic chamber testing to improve prediction accuracy.

Requirements:

Expert knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and acoustic.

Extensive experience in fan design and optimization, including impeller geometry, ducting, and flow-path refinement.

Expert in CFD modeling tools (Star-CCM+, Ansys Fluent, or OpenFOAM).

Solid understanding of numerical modeling concepts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $170,000 - $200,000 annually.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
