Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Analysis

Pay Range:
$50 – $53.39 per hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Support larger business functions within Corporate Functions finance.
Collaborate with cost center managers, functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets/quarterly projections; including clear documentation of assumptions & posting in SAP/Hyperion.
Record month-end journal entries (accruals, reclasses, charge in/outs, & prepaid amortization) for all cost centres supported; ensure accurate reporting of financial results in SAP/Hyperion.
Analyze financial variances for cost centre actuals, projections, and budget. Compile Month-End Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
Support audit requests from internal/external audit. Coordinate reporting/compilation of capital for the Corporate Functions.
Ad‑hoc analytical support for cost centre managers on an as‑needed basis. Provide project support for continuous improvement for the group as a whole.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills-Financial Analysis, SAP, journal, accounting
2+ years of experience in Financial analysis / Accounting.
1+ years of experience in SAP & Hyperion.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging environment; strong attention to detail.
Self‑driven, proactive, and seeks continuous improvement.
