Job Description Your primary responsibility as Director of Sales is to bring new sales of Publicis Sapient’s services that address the post launch requirements of our Digital Customers. These include Digital ASM, Digital Run and Digital Operations. You will do this by your own efforts of interfacing with existing account teams and with net-new logo acquisition teams and building a global team of sales professionals to drive pipeline and bookings in their respective regions. Successful candidates will bring a strong functional skill base, a track record of delivering results, and good interpersonal and organizational skill sets. Ideal candidate: Proven success in building and leading sales teams for technology services companies, with a focus on growing Digital Engineering and Cloud businesses. Strong solution sales mindset, experience, expertise, confidence, and presence to work with senior leaders both at Publicis Sapient and customer organizations. Experience leading, constructing and closing large multi-year ASM and/or Cloud Infra deals at Fortune level companies; experience with hyperscalers and other cloud platform providers; experience in a matrixed environment including interfacing with industry and regional sales teams; knowledge of DevOps and SRE an added advantage. Qualifications
Relevant sales and business development experience in ASM and/or ADM services. 2+ years in positions of team leadership, with experience managing sales quotas and team performance. Experience in leading and winning multi-year cloud technology and consulting services at Fortune-level customers. Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business. Strong business, communication and presentation skills. Organized with the ability to manage & track multiple priorities. Project/customer relationship management a strength. Ability to collaborate effectively with others across the organization to accomplish team goals. Track record in working with talented sales personnel and mentoring less experienced members of sales team on selling, account management and negotiations skills. Drive to deliver value to clients and to help shape and build a fast‑paced, growing organization. BS, B-Tech or equivalent technology degree required. MBA preferred. Heavy travel to customer locations and for deal‑related meetings expected. Additional Information
