Schedule
Flexible full‑time schedule; rotating shifts preferred
Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Cedar Animal Hospital plans to open on Saturdays, so the ability to work Saturdays is preferred

Canine and feline only
If a DVM is interested in seeing exotics, this service can be added

Total Rewards Compensation
Salary range: $130,000 – $165,000, negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and credentials
Salary range based on a 40‑hour work week; compensation outside of the listed range may be discussed
Medical Director compensation also includes an additional stipend, production, and a yearly bonus.
Eligible for additional variable pay programs, including production earnings

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
Licensure in good standing in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain
Demonstrated leadership capability or interest in medical leadership
Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
