Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
to support testing activities across software projects. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to grow in quality assurance, learn various testing methodologies, and collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Review business and functional requirements to create effective test plans.
Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts (manual or automated).
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, and compatibility testing.
Validate data, UI functionalities, workflows, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, BA teams, and product owners to resolve issues.
Assist with UAT support, test evidence documentation, and release readiness.
Maintain testing documentation, reports, and quality metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
1 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Tester.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Experience with manual testing; exposure to automation tools (Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
