Base pay range $190,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Our client is a well established human services organization looking to hire a CFO on a direct hire basis. The CFO will lead budgeting, forecasting, audits, internal controls, and board-level reporting; oversee complex government contracts and reimbursements and manage the financial components of supportive housing and LIHTC portfolios, including investor reporting, compliance, and long-term planning. The organization operates at scale in a highly regulated environment and requires a leader who is both strategic and operational.
Must-Haves
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Direct experience in human services and/or healthcare-adjacent nonprofits
Deep knowledge of government-funded programs and reimbursement models
Strong background in audits, internal controls, and financial reporting
Preferences
CPA
Experience with LIHTC, supportive housing, or real estate-backed programs
Leadership experience in organizations with multiple funding streams
Familiarity overseeing additional functions alongside finance
