Practice Overview
You’ll join a collegial GI team with 12 physicians and 3 APPs across 6 locations
Practice model includes clinic hours, an endoscopy center, and access to infusion, pathology, and imaging
Outpatient‑focused with procedures including colonoscopy, EGD, banding, dilation, capsule, and FibroScan
Call is optional and compensated; triaged by RNs with light volume
Schedule
Balanced week with ~2.5 days clinic and ~2.5 days endoscopy
Clinic volumes average 25 patients/day; endoscopy 14‑18 cases/day
No waitlist; same/next‑day appointments available during ramp‑up
ASC onsite with Olympus scopes, 3 ORs, and full pre/post‑op care
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $450,000 guaranteed for 2 years, plus 40% of collections above $900K
Recent hires earned ~$600K in year one; top partners grossed $1.4M
Partnership track at 2 years with ancillary ownership (ASC, pathology, infusion)
Full benefits, 401k, CME ($2K + 2 days), malpractice, sign‑on bonus and relocation
