Aalis Management Consulting anticipates hiring a senior-level Program Director – Behavioral Health Data & Analytics to lead the day-to-day technical execution of a complex, IRB-governed behavioral health research program. This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across data integration, regulatory coordination, and advanced analytics in support of the EVIDENT TA1 objectives. The Program Director will serve as a key technical and programmatic lead, ensuring high-quality delivery of secure, de-identified datasets while maintaining compliance with applicable ethical, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day technical and program execution for IRB-governed behavioral health research initiatives.
Oversee integration and management of multimodal behavioral health data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and analytical readiness.
Coordinate regulatory and compliance activities, including IRB requirements, data use agreements, and human subjects protections.
Direct the preparation, validation, and delivery of secure, de-identified datasets aligned with EVIDENT TA1 objectives and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, research partners, and government stakeholders to align technical deliverables with program goals.
Establish and maintain data governance, privacy, and security standards consistent with federal research and data-sharing requirements.
Provide technical leadership, risk management, and problem resolution across program activities.
Develop and report program metrics, progress updates, and technical documentation to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Behavioral Science, Data Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health research, data analytics, or related technical program leadership roles.
Senior-level experience leading IRB-governed behavioral health or human subjects research programs.
Demonstrated expertise in multimodal data integration and advanced data analytics.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including IRB processes, data privacy, and de-identification standards.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical deliverables.
Experience working with federal or government-sponsored research programs preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting large-scale behavioral health or public health research initiatives.
Familiarity with EVIDENT or similar federal data and analytics programs.
Advanced degree in public health, data science, behavioral science, or a related field.
