Neurologist Needed

Baptist Health Medical Center in North Little Rock (BHMC‑NLR), in conjunction with Arkansas Health Group (AHG), is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to practice in an outpatient clinic. The recruitment need is growth related. Currently there are two neurologists practicing at BHMC‑NLR. The plan is to recruit a third physician and move to a 7 on/7 off model. The ideal candidate will be willing to work with residents as BHMC‑NLR has established two residency programs on the campus. Twelve Family Medicine residents and Twelve Internal Medicine Residents began their training in July 2019, along with Twelve Transitional residents. Additionally, a Psychiatry Residency began in July of 2022 accepting 4 residents per year. BHMC‑NLR is the third largest hospital in the 11-hospital Baptist Health system at 248‑beds. AHG is the employed physician group for Baptist Health. This opportunity provides a base salary as well as quality incentive and production based bonuses.
