Senior Product Manager - Tech, AWS Distributed SQL
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for the AWS Distributed SQL organization.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and lead product strategy for Amazon Aurora DSQL, turning customer insights into actionable roadmaps.
Prioritize and own the product roadmap, working cross‑functional with engineering and senior management.
Act as the voice of the customer throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring feature delivery that delights customers.
Collaborate directly with software engineering teams and senior leadership within the AWS databases organization.
A Day in the Life The successful candidate will bring proven product management skills, experience delivering large‑scale enterprise software, and subject matter expertise in database technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience.
3+ years of technical software development experience.
Experience taking a product from conception through engineering design to market.
Experience delivering large‑scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products with full product lifecycle ownership.
3+ years working with database technology in a product management role.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle.

Compensation and Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market.
