Job Summary Medeloop is seeking a Customer Success Manager who can support leading researchers, clinicians, and public health teams as they adopt our AI-powered research platform. The ideal candidate understands core CS metrics and the systems used to track them, and brings a research-oriented background such as epidemiology or population health. You should feel comfortable answering methodological questions, guiding customers on publication readiness, and helping them navigate where different data lives in the EMR. This role is perfect for someone who loves building strong customer relationships, driving adoption, and enabling cutting-edge research that directly impacts healthcare.
Role & Responsibilities
Own the entire onboarding journey, shaping how top researchers and clinicians adopt a cutting-edge AI platform
Act as the trusted partner for customers, solving problems quickly and building relationships that influence real-world scientific impact
Drive adoption by guiding customers through powerful research workflows and uncovering new ways they can leverage Medeloop
Turn customer insights into action by working closely with the product team to inform feature development and by tracking the success metrics that matter
Requirements
Experience in customer success or account management, ideally with exposure to health tech, research, or data-heavy environments.
Strong understanding of research workflows, from study design to EMR data, and enthusiasm for helping customers navigate complex scientific questions.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance while building strong, collaborative relationships.
A proactive, curious mindset with strong organizational skills and a desire to take ownership in a fast-growing, high-impact team.
