The Revenue Operations Business Partner is a consultative role that leads financial and data analysis work to support budgeting, multi-year forecasting and reporting within the Auxiliary Services Division. The role performs technical analysis of financial operations, reporting, and forecasting for Bookstores, Food Services, Print Center, and Parking & Transportation. It applies advanced accounting theory and management skills to help develop and implement college-wide accounting policies, procedures, and systems. The PCC Revenue Operations team seeks a Revenue Operations Business Partner to drive financial operational excellence across the college\'s revenue-generating departments. This role reports to the Executive Director of Revenue Operations and works closely with the Director of Auxiliary Services to ensure consistency, compliance and data-informed forecasting and reporting across all revenue-receiving areas of the college. Key Responsibilities
Maintains consistency and compliance across all operational areas and implements and maintains standardized processes for cash handling, deposits, reconciliation, procurement, and contracts. Collaborates with Auxiliary Services staff to manage accounting functions, including Loomis services, safe counts, and other cross-functional processes. Trains staff to uphold internal controls aligned with state, federal, and audit standards. Prepares, maintains, and analyzes financial reports specific to Auxiliary Services including audit, budget and procurement. Prepares and revises college-wide accounting, financial reporting and fiscal management policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP, federal regulations and state laws. Forecasts retail sales trends, customer demand, and seasonal revenue fluctuations to guide financial planning. Classification Description:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (experience performing the duties described above may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis). Three years total experience working in a retail operation, governmental, municipal, fund accounting, or related accounting area, including experience with comprehensive annual financial reports and federal reporting requirements. Demonstrated experience coordinating and overseeing complex financial projects and audits; familiarity with PC and mainframe computer systems and accounting software. Preferred Qualifications

Starting Salary: $71,174 to $76,243 (Step 3); based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Full Range $71,174 to $123,415.
