Pay: $33–$37 per hour, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Responsibilities
Reports directly to Regional Operations Director and Hospital Leadership.
Support Hospital Leadership in day‑to‑day practice operations, client service, and reception team oversight.
Opportunity for promotion to Practice Manager pending performance.
Oversee client service: greet clients warmly, handle phone and in‑person needs.
Ensure efficient appointment scheduling and client check‑in/out processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of hospital facilities and reception area.
Develop and implement client retention and outreach programs.
Manage and supervise the receptionist team, including scheduling and performance management.
Train reception staff in protocols, phone etiquette, scheduling, and software use.
Maintain phone system, relay messages promptly.
Update training materials and SOPs for reception staff.
Act as first point of contact for issue resolution and conflict guidance.
Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure high patient care standards.
Monitor and improve patient flow and clinic efficiency.
Support leadership with staff scheduling.
Handle payments, billing inquiries, and insurance claims accurately.
Ensure accurate entry of client and patient information into the practice system.
Stock reception supplies, forms, and brochures.
Manage international health certificates for practice and team members.
