The Opportunity We are partnering with a private equity–backed field services platform to recruit a Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth for a ~$30M revenue business. The platform is early in its lifecycle and is expected to scale materially through an acquisition‑driven strategy over the next 5–7 years. This role is fundamentally an investing and deal leadership role, with primary responsibility for sourcing, underwriting, and executing M&A. While the CEO will ultimately build out operating leadership, including hiring a COO or General Manager, the immediate focus is on capital deployment, platform expansion, and long‑term value creation. This is an ideal opportunity for a first‑time CEO who is 10–15 years post undergrad and motivated by ownership, responsibility, and building a business from an early inflection point.

Lead post‑close integration planning and execution
Develop a repeatable acquisition and integration playbook to support scalable platform growth
Executive Leadership & Platform Oversight
Serve as CEO of the platform with responsibility for overall leadership and direction
Recruit and manage senior leadership, including a COO or GM to oversee field operations
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Act as the primary interface with the private equity sponsor, lenders, and external advisors
