About the Role This opportunity is within the St. Pierre USA team, which is part of Grupo Bimbo. St. Pierre is a fast‑growing, insurgent premium brand in the in‑store bakery category with the backing of the world's largest bakery company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, strategic insights leader who can uncover growth opportunities, craft compelling category stories, and influence US grocery retailers to embrace branded solutions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, digs deep into data, and turns insights into action that drives category and brand leadership.

What You'll Do

Serve as the

category and shopper expert

for in‑store bakery across US grocery retailers.

Analyze multiple data sources (retailer POS, syndicated data, shopper insights) to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.

Develop

insight‑driven category strategies

and persuasive stories that educate retailers on the opportunity of branded solutions in a category often focused on private label.

Partner with Sales to build

joint business plans

and elevate selling capabilities through tools, training, and storytelling.

Provide actionable recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies aligned with retailer and consumer needs.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure insights inform innovation and execution.

Travel up to 20%

What You'll Bring

5+ years

of Category Management or Insights experience in

US Grocery retail

(CPG/FMCG strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of

US retailer dynamics

(e.g. regional chains)

Proven ability to

translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

that influence decisions.

Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter, proactive, thrives in ambiguity.

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Nielsen, IRI, and retailer POS systems.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders.

Education and Work History:

University degree in a business‑related field preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

5+ years experience in Category Management.
