Responsibilities The Solutions Architect is responsible for communicating complex product information, technical IT and networking solutions, and digital pathology hardware (scanners) and software to customer stakeholders. You will also maintain knowledge of competition through market study and field surveillance.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual product sales goals for the territory.
Execute product demonstrations for clients at the correct sales stage in Salesforce, maintaining a closed/won success rate of >60%.
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through sales and support assistance.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum three years of medical imaging or devices sales and support experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
Minimum one year experience working with complex IT infrastructure in healthcare settings.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Travel overnight as necessary (estimated at 50%) for pre‑ and post‑sales activities, including customer appointments, trade shows, and training.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Job duties may require walking, sitting, standing, hand-to-finger tasks, reaching, balancing, stooping, bending, talking, and hearing.
Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
It Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In
Analyzing situations, solving practical problems, and dealing with variable scenarios.
Strategic thinking/planning and tactical implementation.
Networking and diagramming IT solutions.

Compensation The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 – $140,000. This is the range we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Remote Work This position is eligible for remote work within the Northeast United States (Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington D.C.). Additional information about remote arrangements will be provided during the interview process.
