Onsite IT Analyst
– San Francisco office supporting a global remote workforce.
What You’ll Do
Provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
Triage and resolve incoming tickets across hardware, software, and account-related issues.
Maintain and support office technology including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
Manage asset inventory and oversee the full lifecycle of devices (procurement → deployment → retirement).
Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of hands‑on IT support experience in fast‑paced environments.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a best‑in‑class support experience.
Strong problem‑solving ability and a self‑driven, proactive work style.
Excellent communication skills and a calm, customer‑focused approach.
Experience supporting MacOS devices and various SaaS business tools.
